Xu Yangyi mumbled to himself. In his silence, Vulture nearly smashed his cell phone!
How could Fenyi City’s Heavens Law branch be so poor?! Why couldn’t they change their communication equipment?! At such an important juncture, when he’d been planning to ask if Xu Yangyi had other hobbies or interests, he actually couldn’t make a call?!
