A new panel appeared, expanding before him and displaying an aerial view of the novice village.
It was a map, far more detailed than anything he had expected.
The buildings, paths, and even forest passages were shown in intricate detail.
Most of the areas were lit up, indicating that Alex had already explored them at least once.

Only 7% of the map was grayed out, and that small unexplored section was at the farthest end of the forest—the location of the final boss.
“Nice…”
This meant that he had actually explored everything, as this map did in fact show the locations of the secret areas: you could see a small cabin icon at the place where Aris, the silver-skin he had poisoned, had been resting.
But, most surprising of all: a small dot was moving on the map, accompanied by a name above it: [StarPillow].
“Oh!” Alex exclaimed.
It was Alice!
The map allowed him to track her location in real-time.
The small dot moved steadily in the forest, where Alex had expected her to be grinding for experience points.
With a confident smile, Alex closed the map and left the building, fully equipped with everything he needed, wanting to find Alice.

He heard the silver-skins shout as soon as he was from a fair distance of them, and couldn’t help but smirk.

Soon enough, he would be able to upgrade some of them, as he had made the smart choice of saving up his skill points rather than using them right away like many others.
He did more than enough damage anyway, all monsters in the forest dying instantly to his spells.
“Alice,” he called out as he spotted her in the clearing ahead, and the girl, who just shot a snake, turned to look at him.
“ALEX!” she jumped in to hug him, “How did you find me?”
“Map,” he tapped a few times on his panels, and Alice was able to see the map, as being in a party with her allowed him to share this information.
“Oh well, I just leveled up to level 10 and have been asked about some profession trial in the first city!” the girl smiled, her face beaming.
“Yeah, you’re gonna have to wait a bit for that, as we need to kill the final boss of the novice village first.”
Alice also teased Alex about killing the chief all of a sudden, and he just dismissed it, being humble.
Then, finally, Alex reached into his pocket, pulling out the [Talent Evolution Fruit].
“…” without saying a word, he opened his palm to show it to her.
Alice’s face turned a deep shade of red the moment she saw it.
“Uh…” she didn’t know what to say, they had just done it yesterday so intensely, and she didn’t know if she could handle it, Alex was just too strong for her.
But eventually, “Fine… but we need to find somewhere private to do it…”
“It’s fine,” Alex smiled, “I got a place already!”
Using the map he had acquired, he headed toward the hidden cabin, because even though it would be too difficult to find it normally, his map now showed the exact location.
It didn’t take more than ten minutes for both Alex and Alice to be at the top.
Aris’ body had already disappeared by now, as it had been fully looted, so no reason to keep it there.
Alex obviously knew that, even he wouldn’t feel comfortable having sex next to a deceased body.

Alex felt the effects of the evolution fruit on him instantly, and as he looked at Alice, he noticed that she had already removed all her clothes, revealing her decently-sized breasts to him.
