Baili Hongzhuang finally arrived in front of Shao Zifan and Zhao Yunxi. Before Shao Zifan could speak, Baili Hongzhuang had already forced a small pill into his mouth.
“What did you make him eat?” Zhao Yunxi asked, startled.
“Zhao Yunxi, Baili Hongzhuang wouldn’t do anything to hurt me.”
Shao Zifan’s face didn’t have even a trace of nervousness. If Baili Hongzhuang wanted to kill him, he would’ve already died a thousand times. The pill she fed him should be to heal him.
Baili Hongzhuang glanced at Zhao Yunxi indifferently before turning back to Shao Zifan, “You’re a lot smarter than her.”
Hearing her words, although Zhao Yunxi couldn’t help but feel a little resentful, she wasn’t able to find a good retort.
Baili Hongzhuang handed Shao Zifan a white porcelain bottle, “These are Jinchuang pills, its quality is very good.”
“Thanks.” Shao Yifan accepted the Jinchuang pills, smiling.
“No need.”Her clear, beautiful face beyond compare rippled with a faint smile, “You came to help me even under such dangerous circumstances. You are my friend.”
She didn’t care about why he did that, or if Shao Zifan was only trying to pay her back from yesterday. He had disregarded his own safety just to lessen her pressure. Not many people could do that.
“I’m very honored.” Shao Zifan’s smile was like the sun. He truly wanted to become Baili Hongzhuang’s friend.
After this short time in contact with her, he knew that Baili Hongzhuang definitely wasn’t as unapproachable as they saw on the surface, and actually, her thinking was very simple.
“I’ll leave first. If you ever need help with something, feel free to look for me.”
Baili Hongzhuang glanced at Zhao Yunxi’s face full of displeasure and her lips curled into a thin arc. She didn’t want to deal with a third unwanted guest.
Shao Zifan also understood what Baili Hongzhuang meant. Without any objection, he said, “There are many demonic beasts in the hunting field, please be careful.”
“Don’t worry!” ”
Baili Hongzhuang smiled openly before turning away to leave.
When everybody saw Baili Hongzhuang leave, the originally taunt atmosphere relaxed, everybody sighing with relief.
“Baili Yuyan’s really out of luck. Before she kept on calling Baili Hongzhuang trash, I think now she was truly foolish!”
“I heard Baili Yuyan also broke through, now her strength is incomparable to before.”
“Even if she broke through, do you really think she’s Baili Hongzhuang’s opponent?”
The crowd fell silent. Everybody saw Baili Hongzhuang facing against that group of hell wolves. They’ve all seen her strength with their own eyes.
From the bottom of their hearts, they were certain Baili Yuyan was not Baili Hongzhuang’s opponent!
After leaving the battle place, Baili Hongzhuang continued to walk forward. Earlier when she was fighting the hell wolves’ king, its blood had sprayed all over her body.
Smelling the stench on her body, Baili Hongzhuang frowned, “Are there any rivers nearby?”
“There’s a river not so far away in the easy.” Little Black piped up.
Baili Hongzhuang slowly nodded her head, turning to walk east. Reaching the river, she washed off all the blood-reeking on her body before changing into fresh, clean robes. Finally, she stopped and sat down on a tree to rest.
“Master, the way the hell wolves just suddenly appeared earlier was very suspicious. I think somebody must’ve deliberately lured them here.”
Little White’s voice was heavy. Baili Hongzhuang understood the demonic beasts’ temperament. If someone didn’t provoke the hell wolves, they wouldn’t have attacked.
