"Hundred-Day Foundation Establishment, Refining Essence into Qi."
He further subdivided several small realms:
Hundred-Day Foundation Establishment (the basic stage before formal cultivation): Meditate on a crystal pearl for self-hypnosis to reach deep sleep, combined with health preservation methods and breathing techniques to nourish one's body and spirit, perceiving the existence of "Qi" within the body;
Those who complete this realm can live to a hundred years without illness.

In the Zhong Lü Chuan Dao Ji, the five immortal grades were first clearly divided: Ghost Immortal, Human Immortal, Earth Immortal, Divine Immortal, and Celestial Immortal, five Immortals;
Ghost Immortal is defined as: "A Ghost Immortal is the lowest of the five Immortals. Transcending from Yin, its divine form is unclear, it has no name in the ghost pass, and no name in the three mountains."
Human Immortal is defined as: "A Human Immortal is the second lowest of the five Immortals. A cultivator who does not comprehend the Great Dao, but obtains one method within the Dao, and one technique within that method... merely enjoying peace and longevity."
Earth Immortal is defined as: "An Earth Immortal is half of heaven and earth, a talent among Divine Immortals... refining their form to reside in the world, thereby achieving eternal life."
Divine Immortal is defined as: "A Divine Immortal is one who, being an Earth Immortal, grows weary of the mundane world and continuously cultivates... refining their form into Qi, with the Five Qi converging to the Origin, and the Three Suns gathering at the crown."
Celestial Immortal is defined as: "A Celestial Immortal is one who, being a Divine Immortal, grows weary of the three islands... spreading the Dao in the human world, their merits and cultivation complete, receiving the heavenly scripture to return to the grotto-heaven."
And what is the Human Immortal Dao Fruit as defined by Yuan Chen? Its physical body can perceive all subtle damage within, possesses extremely strong self-healing abilities, is almost immortal, can regrow severed limbs, shatter the earth with a punch, and withstand missiles with its bare body;
Its Qi can absorb surrounding magnetic fields and radiant energy to construct an energy cycle within the body, instantly bursting to increase its abilities tenfold;
Its Spirit can deeply regulate itself and perceive parts of others' emotions.
If these abilities were known by others, they would think he was a Divine Immortal descended to earth, or had achieved Buddhahood in the flesh;
Yet, Yuan Chen defined this as a Human Immortal, so one can imagine the three Immortals above it, especially the Celestial Immortal. In Daoism, the Celestial Immortal is the highest pinnacle of cultivation, so how incredible would Yuan Chen's Celestial Immortal be?
