Chapter 58: Counterattack! Loli’s Sneak Attack
These days Chen Rui had gotten used to the helicopter-like wyverns, so it wasn’t as comfortable riding the bus-like tri-horned rhino now. After about an hour, the tri-horned rhinos that had been sprinting all the way finally arrived at the destination.
The place where Jade Dragonfruit grew wasn’t far from where Paglio liked to stay. Chen Rui was afraid that the poison dragon would come forward to greet or that Alice would find any clues, so he deliberately said loudly, “Little princess, we are here. I remember Jade Dragonfruit should be on the hill right?”
“Why are you so loud for?” Alice jumped off the tri-horned rhino with dissatisfaction. “Are you hiding something here that you’re afraid of me finding it out?”
She got it right! Chen Rui was cold sweating: Her reasoning skill shows again, and it’s still so strong!
Fortunately, Alice didn’t continue to deduce; suggested with interest instead, “Why not we barbeque again? Just like the last time we came to the blue lake.”
Chen Rui didn’t have the mood for picnic, so he shook his head and said, “Next time, we will go back after finish picking the Jade Dragonfruits.”

“No such thing!” Chen Rui knew that Athena worried about the poisoning incident the most, so perhaps the keen little loli noticed something wrong.
“No, something is wrong!” Alice looked at Chen Rui with suspicion. “I always feel that there’s something wrong with you guys. She is now blushing more compared to the past few years that I’ve known her. Did you swindle Athena’s… that?”

Seeing him agreed, Alice jumped happily.
“Brother, go pick some Jade Dragonfruit; I’ll prepare the picnic tools here.”

With his current Alkaid state physique, along with Star Power’s defense, he didn’t suffer much damage even though that blow just now wasn’t light. With his eyes closed, Chen Rui could feel Alice’s warm, little hand touched his forehead and checked his breath. She even put her head on his chest to listen to his heartbeat. She finally took a sigh of relief after confirming that Chen Rui wasn’t dying.
“This stun enchanted wooden club is still quite useful. Too bad it can only be used a few times. Next time I’ll let Old Gauss make me another one.” The little loli said to herself. She crouched down, approached, turned around, changed a few directions and searched his body for a while.
Is she searching for something? Chen Rui felt weirder. He had no treasure with him. Even if he had something, it’d be kept in the storage. While he was suspecting, suddenly his abdomen sunk. Alice actually sat on him.
Chen Rui could feel the sitting posture with her legs opened without opening his eyes… that seems a bit too… flirtatious.
Subsequently, Alice slowly leaned down and her body was closer. Her warm breath was approaching his face; she seemed to be a little nervous as well. Chen Rui could smell the faint fragrance from her body and the warm temperature of her body on him which made his heart beat crazily.
