“Liam!”
A woman with long black hair ran towards a man who was carrying a heavy bag, almost as if he was leaving the town.
The man turned around, his eyes widening in surprise as he saw her.

The woman closed her eyes and shouted.

Liam blinked, unable to believe what he was hearing.
“I can’t live without you! You cannot leave!”
“B-But your father…”
“It doesn’t matter! My father doesn’t dictate my life! He will have no choice but to agree if he wants to see my face!”
“Y-You shouldn’t say that… He is your fath—”
“If he is my father, he should understand!”
The woman countered. She then looked right into Liam’s eyes and,
“This is what I want.
You are what I want!”
“I…”
Liam was speechless. He had loved this woman for years, but the two of them lived in completely different worlds. So much so that he couldn’t even muster the courage to go and talk to her.

To think she would be the one to come to him…
To think she even knew his name and was prepared to go against her father for his sake!

“Liam!”
Liam was forcefully pulled out of his thoughts by the woman’s shout. He quickly realized that she was now holding his hand as tightly as possible. Then, the determined look on her face suddenly changed and,

He answered. Maya’s face turned red when she realized what had just happened. Soon, she closed her eyes as she held him tightly and,
“Why didn’t you ever say so… you fool…”
“I… was scared of losing you forever…”
“Oh, you fool…
You can never lose me. I will always be by your side.”
Maya smiled lightly.
The two remained in each other’s embrace for a while, but then,
“Let’s go.”
Suddenly, Maya spoke up.
“Where?”
Liam questioned.
“My father has given us a mansion as a wedding gift.”
“What? Really?”
Liam asked in excitement.
“Of course. Come, I will show you.”
Maya laughed.
“Yes!”
The two walked towards the mansion, holding each other’s hands as tightly as they could.
However…
As they appeared in front of the mansion, what they saw made them widen their eyes in absolute horror.
Their mansion was burning, thick crimson blood flowed out of the door, and in front of all this death and destruction, there stood a cloaked being with seven magic circles around her.
Her fierce purple eyes looked right into Liam’s soul and,
“I told you, did I not?
I want you to be at the alley at five in the morning, else the consequences will be fearsome.
Did you think I was jesting?”
The woman spoke. Her every word sent shivers down Liam’s spine.
“Liam Everate, I will take away everything you cherished.”
The woman declared. Then, her eyes fell on Maya. Liam, who realized what was going to happen, widened his eyes in fright.
“NO—”
He tried to stop it, but—
Maya’s body had already burned to a crisp.
“MAYA!!!!!”
Liam shouted.
And as if that wasn’t enough, the flames that had burned Maya now jumped on him and—
“AAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHH—Huh?”
He screamed as he sat up from bed, his body covered in sweat.
He looked around, confused. Soon, however, he realized it.

He needed to leave.
With his still pale body, he moved in quickly and left his house.

Vita, who saw everything from his window, laughed lightly, clearly enjoying the show.

Imperia, who was sitting on her head, questioned.

In about 5 minutes, Vita and Ria returned to their father, finally calming him down. He had already brought Nyrri to the Sanctuary. The Sanctuary had adjusted itself according to Nyrri’s needs and had turned into a big lake.
The moment Nyrri saw the water, he, who hadn’t left Kael’s embrace since yesterday, jumped into it excitedly.
The Lord of the Sea indeed loved water.
Kael chuckled at that. With Nyrri finally giving him the room to breathe, Kael sighed. Then, after returning from Everveil, it was time to move to the ship.
With all eleven labours here, Kael took them to the forest, where Lavinia had already gathered all the ants inside eleven huge containers made out of earth magic.
“Pick them up.”
Kael ordered.
“All of them…?”
The labours blinked.
“One for everyone. Now move.”

The labours hesitated, but it wasn’t for long. The moment Lavinia summoned her magic circles, they flinched.
Liam, Rowan, and Sian, the three who saw the dream with Vita’s grace, moved much faster than the others, instantly picking the boxes. The rest followed.
All of them were warriors. Even though they weren’t particularly strong, their strength was still higher than non-tamers, enough to easily carry the earth boxes, which were about 50 kilos.
Of course, each box had about a thousand ants in them. Even the largest of these ants barely weighed around 800 milligrams; their additional weight couldn’t even add up to 10 kilos.
“To the shore.”
Kael ordered.
The free labour moved.
It was about an hour-long journey from the forest to the shore. The kind labours didn’t take a break either. Of course, this had nothing to do with the fact that the seven-circle mage was walking behind them.
The containers were loaded onto the ship. The shipowner then introduced Kael and Lavinia to the shipmen who would be responsible for the trip.
Kael greeted them all. Once again, his Bonds had already returned to the Sanctuary since none wanted to interact with humans.
After about 30 minutes of additional preparations, the ship was finally ready to sail. Kael handed the advance to the shipowner, and the ship sailed.
“Father,”
15 more minutes later, when Port Harbour was no longer visible from the ship, Imperia called out.
The ant did not like that her children were all cramped up in boxes. Kael nodded. Imperia had already expressed this concern and had come up with a solution.
He turned and brought out Vitaria, who glanced at the eight shipmen the shipowner had sent. Her purple eyes shined brightly and a second later,

She smiled.
“They won’t notice the ants even if they come out of the basement. Normally, I would only be able to keep this up for 3 days, but every time I return from Everveil, my mana reserves are refilled, so I can keep this up for as long as we keep going to Everveil every day.
The only time you would need to be careful is when I am in Everveil. That is when the ants need to hide again, okay?”

Imperia nodded, passing the instructions to the ants.
Kael then glanced at Lavinia. The mage waved her hand, and the boxes she had created opened up, freeing the ants.
“It would be better if they do not go near the sailors.”
Vitaria suggested.
“Don’t worry. They won’t come out of the basements.”
Imperia nodded. She then turned towards her father and,
“They will also keep an eye on the ship’s condition and report the moment something happens.”
“That will be good.”
Kael nodded, satisfied.
“I will also report if something happens!”
Cirri exclaimed as she spread herself all around the area as well. Her duty was to keep an eye on the surroundings and alert if something dangerous approached.
“Papa! I will watch the sea!”
Yes, even the not-so-little Nyrri, who had already jumped into the sea, brought his head out of the water and exclaimed excitedly.
Kael nodded with a smile. He was still nervous about letting him go into the seawater. After all, he had heard how dangerous beings in the water were, but he steeled his heart and let go.

“I understand.”
Kael nodded as he then turned towards his firstborn, and a big, wide smile appeared on his face,
“Igni, it is time for us to play together like we used to.”
The firstborn smiled as well,
It was finally his turn to have his father all to himself.
