The old lady and Michael then started talking with each other, at first, Michael was talking to her carefully, but as time trickled by, he started talking to her more comfortably like how a son or grandson would talk to her grandmother or mother.
Michael also learned that her name is Laura, a former Herb Hunter or more commonly known as an Herbalist in the continent. She had been living in this place for years now since she retired herself from the affairs of the world. He also learned that the place where they're at right now is actually inside one of the mountains acting as a natural barrier of Calderock Village, and Michael suddenly stumbling upon this place is very surprising for her as the entrance to this place is concealed by a powerful rune spell which would bewilder the senses of a person, and wouldn't easily be seen or discovered by someone unless the person is more powerful than the person who set up the rune barrier.
And Michael being here is already a miracle.
"It seems this is fate that you stumbled upon this place and met me here" Laura smiled at Micheal, and then suddenly produced a book out of thin air and handed it over to Michael, where the latter accepted it politely.
A message window suddenly appeared in front of him the moment the book is finally in Michael's hands.

"Of course, a Herbalist is just someone who collects ordinary herbs and sell them on the market, while a Herb Hunter on the other hand also collects them but its not only that. As our name suggests, we hunt herbs even in the most dangerous places just to look for the rarest, most unique, most sought and legendary herbs even in the face of the most dangerous creature in the world, the Dragons! Laura laughed heartily like she had just remembered something memorable.
Then she stopped and turned to face Michael and said.

When she heard his question, her smile suddenly became wide.

"Huh?" Michael was even more confused, as he can't understand what she's trying to say.
"What I'm trying to say is that there's no restriction on what weapons we used, we could almost learn any skills of every profession except for those Hidden professions and above"
When Michael heard her, he was suddenly dumbfounded then became ecstatic.
"Does that mean I could use wizard spells like a Wizard?"
"Of course, but only for the basic spells or else those people from the Magic League would hunt you down" she warned him.
The Magic League or their Headquarters in fact, is where the most powerful Wizards and Witches gather, and a must go to place for Wizards and Witches, as that is the only place where they could learn more powerful advance spells.
Michael knows about them, as their branches is practically everywhere, and there's even one in Calderock Village, and they are only one of the few people that doesn't worship one of the major gods, and instead worship a minor god called Magic God, and a being that goes by the name, Index.
"If it's true, then wouldn't everyone want to become a Herb Hunter?"
When Michael said those, he suddenly shivered in fright.
Laura's always closed eyes suddenly snapped open, and she stared intently at Michael, her eyes full of mysteries and killing intent.
"Hohoho, its not that easy child. Being a Herb Hunter is all about fate and destiny"
"Just like how you "accidentaly" got here, and met me, and now sitting in front of me talking with each other and having this conversation"
"This is fate at its finest, and now the destiny to become one of us is in your hands," she said, and pointed at the book on Michael's hands.
When she said that, a message window popped up and to his surprise, it was a class conversion window.
