Looking at that thin rod standing there like a spear, Xiang Lv asked, “Master shifu, are you sure only using ten lightning rods could weaken the thunder strike?”

Bu Qi then said, “The thunder doom is coming!”
Then Yin Jinye who was sitting in the chair lazily immediately straightened up.
Wind Inducing and Mantis Wave both looked at the evil beast insidethe doom cloud nervously.
Wind Inducing’s father could feel the real thunder doom was arriving, and immediately activated the Thunder-protection formation under his feet as Rong Yi told him.
And soon after an ear-deafening booming sound, in the doom cloud was all big and small thunders, and then a blue thunder as huge a one-hundred-year big tree smashed at that mosquito-size evil beast.
Wind Inducing’s eyes reddened immediately. He could feel that his heart nearly jumped out of his throat. And as the thunder was nearly reaching the mountaintop, a miracle happened! The formation under the feet of Wind Inducing’s father sent out a shock wave and spit the thick thunder into eleven strips and ten of them got absorbed into the lightning rods, and the only one aimed at Wind Inducing’s father.
But as it got approached Wind Inducing’s father, it got weakened by the lightning rod beside him, so his father easily overpowered the first thunder strike.
His father then looked over to Wind Inducing! So Rong Yu’s stuff really worked!
Seeing that his father was all right, Wind Inducing was nearly crying, “My daddy is fine. He is fine!”
Yin Jinye raised his eyebrows, a little shocked. It seemed he had the chance to overpower all the thunder strikes this time, “It kind of works.”
Rong Yi said proudly, “Of course. Don’t forget who did it. It’s your partner.”
Watching his cocky face, Yin Jinye also curled his lips into a graceful angle.
Xiang Lv laughed, “Then me and my senior brother’s Doom Overpowering wouldn’t be a problem.”
Bu Qi said, “If every cultivator uses that, does it mean that everyone could make it to his Doom Overpowering phase and then become a real immortal?”

Rong Yi rolled his eyes at him, “I also heard it from others. If I have already become an immortal, do you think I will still stand here talking to you?”
“That’s right!” Xiang Lv laughed. Now he thought his master shifu was already on top of the world and even forgot that Rong Yi was just at the entry level of his Qi Practicing.
“The second thunder strike!” cried Wind Inducing.
Yin Jinye narrowed his eyes, “Your father should be able to make it.”
Wind Inducing’s father easily overpowered the first thunder strike. As for the rest, however strong they were, he had to go through it no matter what.
Wind Inducing thought Yin Jinye was just comforting him, so he was still staring at his father nervously.
Suddenly the second thunder strike arrived. This time it was much thicker than the first time. But compared with the first one, it lost most of it power. After it hit Wind Inducing’s father, it felt like being pricked by a pile of needles, making him feel feeble all over and having no power to fly.
Seeing his father land on the ground slowly, Wind Inducing looked really worried.
Rong Yi said, “Don’t worry. He only felt numb all over.”
Mantis Wave said, “There are three left. It’s quick.”
Then the next thunder strikes became thicker and thicker, but most of its power got absorbed by the lightning rods. When the last thunder strike hit on Wind Inducing’s father, he finally fell onto the ground and couldn’t move a bit.

Rong Yi asked Xiang Lv and Bu Qi to put away those rods and then opened his arms at Yin Jinye like how his sons did it, “Hug.”
“…” Yin Jinye picked his brows and then held him up and flew to Wind Inducing’s father’s side.
“Dad, are you all right?” Wind Inducing flew around his father anxiously.
Mantis Wave tried to comfort him, but in a wrong way, “If you father is not all right, he’d have already turned into ashes.”
