The reason it can be called a strategic resource is that any spell cast directly using Incense Lamp Oil as 'fuel' will far surpass spells cast using magical power in terms of breadth, precision, and intensity.
The difference between the two is as vast as the difference between the kerosene in a lighter and the aviation fuel in a rocket.
Therefore, after extracting the lamp oil, the proportion to be used for Cultivation versus the proportion to be stored depends on the Life God's own thoughts.
However, in Li Hai's view, these Life Gods who abandon their Physical Bodies and exist solely on the incense of the common people are actually just a group of pathetic and pitiful incense parasites, which is not what he desires.
What Li Hai truly wants is for his Physical Body and Divine Soul to advance simultaneously, achieving Perfection in all aspects without any flaws, unlike a Life God who cannot survive without incense.
This kind of existence is a form of restriction, a hindrance.
Interestingly, he is not the only one in this world who thinks this way.
In the Secret Manual "Ten Thousand Incense Proves God Dao", Li Hai was surprised to find another path of cultivation entirely different from the Dao of Incense Life Lamp.
This cultivation path is called the Primal Spirit Path.
There is relatively little information about this Dao, with only a few scattered mentions in various corners of the Secret Manual.
It was through these few records that Li Hai vaguely saw the struggle of a group of people.

According to the descriptions, a true Primordial Spirit Realm Sorcerer's lifespan should also be limitless; they can live as long as they wish.
Furthermore, Primordial Spirit Realm Sorcerers will no longer be limited by magical power; they may be able to effortlessly distort the natural world and reshape heaven and earth merely by using pure thought and consciousness.
At that time, such a Primordial Spirit Realm Sorcerer could be called an 'Immortal'.
To reach this Realm, according to the Secret Manual, one needs to refine and transform a certain object into a Life Lamp, rather than one's own Yang God.
This way, with an object replacing oneself as the Life Lamp, one's Yang God can continue to Cultivate, and the Physical Body does not need to be abandoned.
At first glance, this indeed seems like a win-win solution.
However, once this is done, the non-Life Sorcerer will lose the terrifying immortality of a Life God Sorcerer, who can Rebirth with just a trace of incense.
Unless they possess a resurrection-type Divine Ability, if their Physical Body and Yang God are destroyed, they will perish completely without any chance of Rebirth, utterly vanishing from the vast world.
At the same time, because the non-Life Sorcerer's Yang God has not transformed into a Life Lamp, his lifespan is not tied to incense, so how long he can live will be closely related to his Physical Body's age, longevity Medicinal Pills, and Bloodline Divine Power.
Finally, there is the tempering of the Yang God.
According to the records in "Ten Thousand Incense Proves God Dao", the non-Life Sorcerer's Perfected Yang God, which has already reached the peak of Cultivation, is an absolutely ethereal entity.
To further improve the Realm of such an ethereal entity by relying on the essence of heaven and earth would be pure fantasy.
Only by relying on Incense Lamp Oil, but absolutely not by absorbing and integrating it like a Life God Sorcerer, but by using the lamp oil as a whetstone for continuous self-refinement, can the quality of the Perfected Yang God be improved.
During this process, if the Yang God absorbs even a trace of lamp oil, it will lead to impurity and loss of its pure quality.
If too much is absorbed, the Yang God may even transform into a Life Lamp, being forced to switch from the non-Life Primordial Spirit Dao to the path of Incense Life God.
In short, the Dao of Life God is about absorbing, constantly adding.
The Primal Spirit Path, on the other hand, goes against this; it requires constant subtraction and even division, seeking ultimate purity and refinement, rather than adding more and more magical power.
However, all of this, whether for Life Gods or non-Life Sorcerers, requires the intervention of incense and belief power; otherwise, it is mere talk.

Li Hai directly defined the entire matter as a transaction.
The content of the transaction was: If you believe in me and provide me with incense and belief power, then I will protect you, let you live in the safe secluded Cave Heaven, and ensure you have food so you no longer have to starve.
For this, Li Hai also specially designed a more modern set of detailed rules.
That is, everyone who enters and lives in Guiyou Cave Heaven must undergo a monthly incense KPI assessment.
