When one’s level of cell activation had reached 100%, they were called Original Beings or Fiendgods, and they were just the very beginning stage of evolution. As such, one would not be able to break through to the ultimate evolution without first breaking past the cells’ limits.
The most important characteristic of the Enhanced Atomic Serum was that it was useful for the Original Beings. This was also the most important element to Gaffrite.
