Lara’s expression changed slightly. “Without my help, it’s impossible for you to open the vault.”
Tyrion casually looked at her and said offhandedly. “There’s no need for you to worry about it, I will figure it myself.”
Lara’s beautiful face was expressionless as she stared at him with some sort of glare. It appears this vault was very important to her than which is more reason for Tyrion to keep it to himself.
“70-30, that’s the least I can go, if you still don’t accept it, then you shouldn’t blame me for being ruthless.” Her face turned cold as she radiated massive amount of waves from her body, she was actually prepared to fight I’ve eit with Tyrion.
Tyrion tilted his head and a smirk formed in his lips. “You actually want to fight me over the vault? It seems it’s more important to you than I thought. Alright, 70-30 it is only on one condition.”
“Which is?”
“I get to choose among the loot first.”
Lara’s face turned more intense as she glared savagely at Tyrion. “Don’t push it Tyrion.”
Tyrion’s cold laughter resounded within the hall. “I shouldn’t push it? I don’t think you have the right to tell me that.”
Her expression instantly turned blood chilling as a cold blooded wave escaped her body, with massive amount of murderous wave. It was obvious she has killed people before and of wasn’t only just one or two, the murderous intent was simply overwhelming.
“Amongst the genius I’ve met, you at the first person to dare to challenge me, you should be careful with your words, dying unexpectedly might be the result of it.”
“Are you threatening me?” Tyrion grinned widely, his white teeth glistening with the rays of light.
Lara’s curvaceous eyebrow tightened but she ignored his words and said. “Fine, I agree with your condition. Now, can I see the vault?”
Tyrion shrugged. “It’s not a problem, the vault is inside the room, I really want to see how you are going to open a genetic lock.”
Lara walked past him, without showing a single bit of caution on her face. Entering the room, she saw the vault had already been removed from the wall. She gave Tyrion a look at the savagery but proceeded to ignore him.
Tyrion rested his back on the wall and folded his hands, he truly wanted to see how she was going to open the vault. Even the world’s most professional locksmith can’t guarantee opening the vault but Lara seem to be confident in her methods. He watched her with hawk eyes.
Moving towards the vault, she touched the surface of the large vualt with her hands, tracing the edge with her fingers with light caresses. After a few minutes, she suddenly stepped back and released a sigh as she reached for the pocket, retrieving a serum hlwimg a yellowish color within.
Tyrion’s pupils constricted when he saw the serum. It was actually a low tier C-grade serum! The price was definitely above a million gold relic coins , but she was willing to spend it to open this vault. Even if he didn’t know what the use of the serum, it still seemed wasteful using it.
If it was a different person, they would definitely fall out with Lara over the serum and their previous agreement will be considered null! A a million relic gold coins was an amount even third year students didn’t have the luxury to own!
Lara immediately drank the serum and in that instant, the flow of air changed along with the waves her body emitted. Energy rippled out from her like a wave as a massive amount of energy gathered with her.
Her hair floated and her face flushed red under the massive amount of power. Her cells and genes seem to have gained incredible resilience.
She stepped forward and the entire mansion shook under a single step. It was as though if was about to collapse under her feet and if she wasn’t careful, the entire mansion would definitely be transformed into a dust.
She grabbed the edges of the vault with both hands and sparks instantly floated in mid air like fireflies as the iron vault cracked as though it was made of glass!
If it weren’t for the sparks flying in mid air, Tyrion would have thought the entire vault was made from wood!

The door of the vault was forcefully flung backwards, instantly tearing a hole in the ceiling as it shot upwards like a projectile.
Tyrion’s face twitched slightly. It was actually a strengthening serum that increased her strength astronomically, with her strength, she could fight off a Demonic warrior without even changing to her Fiendgod form. Tyrion immediately got cautious. With current her strength, if she decided to turn against him, it would be difficult to secure his part of the treasures.
Finally, the vault was opened and the insides was revealed to both Tyrion and Lara. Different items were neatly arranged within the vault, but the most eye catching scene in the vault was the middle-aged man shaking and bleeding profusely from his orifices. He seem to be the owner of this mansion and looked like he had an high ranking political status.
Foam escaping his mouth as though he had been poisoned and it was right, the shockwave from Lara’s actions, had instantly crushed his organs, leaving him in a state of life and death.
There was no way he would be able to survive at this period.
The two Death Gate academy student only glanced at the middle-aged man for a second before they proceeded to ignore him.
From what they could see, he was already dead therefore, it was useless helping him.
The first thing Tyrion saw was the set of golden serums carefully kept in a cryonic crate, keeping the temperature stable. They were actually ten high tier serums! Just when Tyrion, had gotten used to the surprise, his pupils constricted as he spotted three super cells kept at the corner of the vault, tightly locked in a transparent cryo-chamber.
After which there were ten stacks of banknotes which contained one million gold each! Then there were a few other important treasures inside like the cosmic ore, thunder-rod and a few high level herbs.
Even with how composed Tyrion proved to be, his heart still skipped a beat the instant he saw this and greed instantly filled his mind, not to mention someone like Lara whose mood seem slightly unstable.
Lara’s face was strangely expressionless as she suddenly turned towards Tyrion. There seem to be a shadow of an evil grin on her face as she stared at him silently.
His face cold as he spoke. “Are you trying to go back in your word?”
Lara didn’t say a word, her throat seemingly affacted by the amount of strength within her but her stance clearly indicated the words she wanted to say.
Tyrion’s a face turned grim. Sure enough, with enough strength, all compromises are useless.
Lara suddenly lifted one finger up. As though saying if he could withstand one move from her, then she would consider letting him have a few of the treasures.
Tyrion chuckled coldly. “The more power a strength serum provides, the less time the strength activates. Seeing as you could crush the vault, it means you have gained more than 30,000 kilogram of force which is the power of a Demonic Fighter, therefore it should only last for a few seconds.”
A bone chilling wave of power suddenly erupted from Tyrion’s body, as a berserk aura from his tiger form, a majestic wave of strength from his dragon form and dark Qi from his devilish super cell exploded out.
Dark fog wafted from his pores as whispers of demons and evil ghost resounded within the fog surrounding him.
Tyrion’s face morphed as a demonic smile graced his face. “Possess two times your strength won’t make a dent! Either you continue our bargain or attack, I don’t mind. But you should know this, I can guarantee you wouldn’t be able to retrieve any of the items.”
His voice was filled with absolute confidence. As he radiated an intense amount of energy from his body. Waves rippling off his body as the air around him distorted as he pre-activated his arsenal!
This conglomeration of them all made his aura climb to the absolute peak as an intense amount of strength rippled from his body. Causing the ground instantly crack as his muscles twitched rapidly from the amplification. He hadn’t even activated them yet, but the pressure his body exudded was almost the same as the wave Lara body releases.
“How’s this possible!?” Her face was filled with surprise and confusion as she stared at Tyrion with newly found expression. He didn’t even use a single serum and the wave he exudded was already close to her when she used the serum, it was quite unbelievable.
The first time she saw him during the legend mountain, he was an ordinary genetic soldier who she chased out from her space. If she had known he would be troublesome in the future, she would have killed him there and then.
Her first thought was that he might be faking it, and if it were in other situation, she would definitely fight to him to see if his body truly contained such strength but the situation here delicate. The items in the vault would be destroyed if they chose to fight. Lara didn’t like this feeling of being in a dilemma.
Suddenly her eyes went out of focus and her ears twitched slightly as though she was listening to someone. Releasing an unnoticeable smile, she canceled the effect of the serum. “Fine, you win.”
