Chapter 23 Departure
Zhou Changli had done everything she could to keep her man's ability level from dropping, and most of her income was spent on this. Of course, some of it was also spent on Zhou Baiyun.

Zhou Changli smiled and nodded at Ling Xue, while Zhou Baiyun, standing behind her, winked at Ling Xue and stuck out his tongue, making faces. Zhou Baiyun thought to himself, "I know this girl? A celebrity in their neighborhood? Of course, her methods of fame weren't particularly good, just like hers."
Ling Xue was amused by her sudden action and burst out laughing.
Zhou Changli turned her head to look at Zhou Baiyun. The girl immediately put on a serious look and asked in surprise, "What's wrong, aunt?"
Her appearance made Zhou Changli unsure of her own guess. Since she hadn't caught the little girl, she let her go. However, she still urged her, "Walk honestly and stop acting weird!"
