Wind Attribute Training Room:
Feng Zheng meditated for an hour before waking up. He remained seated on the mat, his mind perplexed.
“What’s with this strange feeling I keep having? Here, my Wind Release affinity seems to be getting stronger. Or perhaps my Wind Chakra is becoming more powerful. Either way, this should be very beneficial for my Wind Release. But what’s going on?”
He meditated again, spreading his Chakra Field throughout the room.
“Hmm, there’s nothing here.”
Subsequently, his Chakra Field expanded to the walls, floor, and ceiling of the room.
At this point, he noticed something.
“What is this? It looks like there’s a stone inside with a very high Wind Chakra content, and it’s extremely dense. It seems that when we meditate here, we absorb a small amount of Chakra from it. This must be why I’m having this strange feeling.”
Feng Zheng got off the mat and performed a series of Hand Seals, activating the Earth Army Movement Technique.
He entered the floor.
Once inside the floor, he saw many Sealing Jutsu, and within those seals was a green crystal. Feng Zheng analyzed,
“Testing these Sealing Jutsu might not be a good idea. But the crystal’s Wind Chakra is incredibly dense, and it seems to help our Wind Release become stronger. Is this Chakra metal? Or something else like an ore? Hmm, for now, let’s call it a Wind Chakra Crystal.”
“The more important question is, can I absorb it faster? And how can I get more of these crystals? Also, I need to check if the other attribute training rooms have similar things.”
He walked back onto the floor, thinking,
“I should have dinner now. After dinner, I’ll check if I can quickly absorb this energy. I’m curious about what benefits this can bring me. But I should also be careful not to over-absorb and harm my body.”
He left the training room for dinner, where he met Hodaka and Mieko. They chatted for a while.
The Chunin in the Tower also introduced themselves and chatted with the Genin. After dinner, Feng Zheng returned to the Wind Attribute Training Room.
He began to meditate, attempting to absorb as much energy as possible from the Wind Chakra Crystal. During his Meditation, all his attention was focused on the Wind Chakra Crystal and its energy.
In the initial 6 hours, he didn't make much progress.
However, after some time, he began to steadily absorb energy from the crystal.
He fell into Meditation, completely losing track of time! When he opened his eyes, it was already seven in the morning!
Feng Zheng analyzed,
“I didn’t have much success at first, but I estimate that during this Meditation, I’ve already consumed 1% of the crystal’s energy. Is this absorption rate fast or slow? How often does Konoha replace or recharge this crystal?”
“Furthermore, contrary to my previous thought, I’m not directly absorbing energy from the crystal. Instead, it’s refining my Chakra. I have a hunch that I’ll find it slightly easier to perform Wind Release Ninjutsu.”
He frowned.
“But the improvement might be minimal. I need to consume more of the Wind Chakra Crystal’s energy to get a clear idea. I feel like I might need a large pile of these crystals to get a significant boost.”
“Besides, training here feels really good. I meditated all night without sleeping, but I don’t feel tired at all! However, I should take a nap tonight. While Meditation is good, it can’t completely replace sleep.”
After Feng Zheng finished his analysis, he got up and left the room. As he left the second floor, he encountered Inuzuka Tsume.
She was surprised to see Feng Zheng on the second floor. Her eye twitched as she asked,
“Did you train all night?”
Feng Zheng chuckled awkwardly, rubbing the back of his head, and said,
“No, I was meditating in the Wind Attribute Training Room and ended up falling asleep there.”
Inuzuka Tsume’s eye twitched even more. She sighed and said,
“Hard training is good, but don’t forget to rest, otherwise, training will be counterproductive.”
Feng Zheng immediately replied,
“Yes, ma’am.”
He thought to himself,
“This is the first time I haven’t heard her yell.”
After he left, he washed up, ate a hearty breakfast, and returned to the Wind Attribute Training Room.
Upon learning that Feng Zheng had returned to the Wind Attribute Training Room, Inuzuka Tsume realized,
“He’s an orphan and probably never experienced a room like this. No wonder he’s training in that room. I should report this to the Third Hokage. He’ll be happy to know some children are training so hard.”
He spent the next few days in the Wind Attribute Training Room, though he still came out regularly for meals and sleep.
As his Meditation deepened in the room, the rate of energy consumption also accelerated. By the end of the third day, he had already used up eighteen percent of the crystal’s energy. He analyzed,
“Good, the speed is getting faster and faster. I have a hunch that tomorrow will be even faster. However, it seems my analysis was correct. While this is indeed good, I need a large quantity of these crystals to truly get a significant boost. I don’t know how many such crystals Konoha has, or where they are stored. Another point to consider is how much energy in this crystal was already depleted before I started training here.”
On the fourth day, as he expected, his efficiency suddenly improved significantly. In about twelve hours, he had used up nearly half of the crystal’s energy. However, on this day, he noticed a crucial point!
Feng Zheng suddenly realized,
“My Chakra has increased? Yes, I can feel it. Although the increase is very small, not even 0.1%, there is indeed an increase. Damn it, I really want to find a mountain of these crystals now! Where are these found?”
He composed himself and thought,
“Fortunately, the efficiency of this crystal hasn’t decreased. I think this is due to the Sealing Jutsu. I should continue to stay here. After dinner, he went to the Earth Release Training Room. Upon entering, he used the Earth Army Movement Technique to check underground.
As expected, there was a similar crystal there, filled with dense Earth Release Chakra. However, the amount of Chakra seemed very small. Compared to the Wind Chakra Crystal, there was only about 15% of the Chakra here.
He thought for a moment and concluded,
“This makes sense. Konoha has almost no Wind Release Ninja, but there are quite a few Earth Release Ninja. So this room is used more often.”
He sat on the mat and meditated in that room all night. At six-thirty, he opened his eyes and sighed.

“The Fire Release Chakra Crystal has 25% more energy than the Wind Chakra. How can this be? Shouldn’t Konoha have many Ninja with Fire Release affinity? Did the previous Fire Release Chakra Crystal run out, and they replaced it with a new one?”
He thought for a moment and nodded.

After lunch, he went to the Water Release Training Room. He first checked the energy content in the crystal. It was about thirty percent of the Wind Chakra Crystal. Feng Zheng began to meditate and continued until four in the afternoon.
At four in the afternoon, he got up, sweating, and thought,
“I didn’t refine anything! I couldn’t consume any energy at all!”
He sighed.
“So, I have no talent for Water Release at all? What a pity, I had hoped to have a good affinity for Water Release so I could master Tobirama’s Ninjutsu.”
After a short rest after dinner, he went to the Lightning Release Training Room, thinking,
“My primary affinity is Wind Release, so I don’t have high hopes for Lightning Release either. Sigh, I should test it anyway.”
