After pouring himself another cup, Vir filled one for Kizaru this time.

Vir suddenly burst out laughing.

Kizaru tried to stop him—
But he was too slow.
Still reeling from the realization.
‘Smell?’
‘Are you kidding me?!’
‘I got poisoned just by smelling it?!’
‘They drank it and they’re fine!’
This was a new type of poison.
If you drank it, it would paralyze you.
And if you smelled it, it would temporarily suppress your energy fluctuations—meaning Kizaru couldn’t generate or control light.
And without light, his body was too slow to react.
Giving Vir the opening he needed.
The poison’s effect lasted only few seconds.
Kizaru would recover soon.
But that was all the time Vir needed.
