“Did you say something, young master?” Beretta came into the bathroom and saw Michael dancing up and down in joy.

Michael tried to reign in his excitement. However, the prospect of building his own running water source made him extremely happy. It would be one step closer to his ideal life of comfortability.
“Fufufu…so the young master is already at that age huh?”

Beretta poured the bucket of water, but it barely filled the bathtub. She would need a few more trips to the well to completely fill it up.

Beretta waved it off. “Nonsense. The young master wants his water a little bit warmer. The water from the mages is too cold.”

After washing himself, Michael immediately made his way towards the house library. This was the place that contained many books about a variety of things such as the world outside and its history.
As expected of the richest family in the world, they could afford to spend the budget of an entire mansion just to create a vast collection of books from all around the world.
Just the space of this library alone could be considered as a mansion in his old world.
He spent minutes just walking around the library trying to find the section about the topic he wanted to know about.

Since copper wasn’t unique in this world, he could easily obtain it using his family’s funds.

Atlan opened the door. The person on the other side of the room had a wide smile on their face as if they knew they had complete power over Michael.

“What is it, my dear boy?” she said, fanning her face with a handkerchief.
“I need to buy something.”
His mother stood up and walked to the glass window next to her bed.
“And why should I do that?”
Michael gritted his teeth. “In exchange….in exchange…you can pinch my cheeks five times.”
“DEAL!”
And so, Michael could finally start his plumbing project, albeit with red swollen cheeks at the end of the day.
