Chapter 33
“…” In the dark and quiet night, Feng Sheng’s voice penetrated through the blanket. Luo Yangyang could immediately recognize his deep and cold tone.
“Feng Sheng!” Luo Yangyang was braver now after being scared the night before. After throwing the blanket off of herself, she glared at Feng Sheng. “It’s the middle of the night. Do you have to pretend to be a ghost and scare me?”
Luo Yangyang was fuming. Her whole blanket was kicked to one side. She was glaring at Feng Sheng while lying down.
She had woken up from a nightmare. It must have been because Feng Sheng was standing at the side of her bed so eerily, causing her to have a nightmare.
Also, she heavily suspected that she woke up because he was watching her so intensely.
Bastard. He was like a ghost that inexorably hung on. Was he the devil?
“I didn’t do anything. You can’t blame anyone for your own cowardice.” Feng Sheng’s tone was emotionless.
Luo Yangyang was wearing a sleeping dress with cartoons on it. It was not see-through at all, so Feng Sheng could not see anything. However, his gaze darkened when he saw her glaring at him on the bed with her hair draped over her shoulders.
“I’m a coward? You’re scaring me in the middle of the night. Do you think it’s funny?” Luo Yangyang felt that Feng Sheng had the ability to make her mad without even doing much. He could just stand there and she would be furious.
The saddest thing was that every time she was mad, she could never direct that anger to Feng Sheng. In the end, the only thing that she could do was to suppress her anger.
She would get sick if she continued to do this.
“I brought you your phone,” Feng Sheng said, putting her phone on the nightstand.
“…” The corner of Luo Yangyang’s eyes twitched. When she asked him for her phone before, he said he threw it away. “You can go back now that you’ve given it to me.”
Luo Yangyang lifted her hands and crossed them across her chest. She had the habit of not wearing a bra to bed. She anxiously looked at the french window with the opened curtains.
Did she sleep too soundly or was Feng Sheng just too devious? Why did she not notice him sneaking into her room two nights in a row?
Feng Sheng ignored what Luo Yangyang said as he readily pounced on her. His lower body was pressed against hers. He was holding his upper body up with his arms. He said coldly, “I also came here to sleep with you.”
When his body touched hers, Luo Yangyang’s body shivered. Her heart was forlorn. “Why can’t you just let me go?”
Couldn’t he let her rest for a night?
He did not have to come every night.
“Let you go? So that you can seduce Feng Yi?” Feng Sheng pinched Luo Yangyang’s chin tightly. “I’m warning you. You should give up on that thought. You will never be with Feng Yi in this life!”
“I-I don’t want to be with him.” Luo Yangyang could feel the sadness rising in her heart. Feng Sheng’s words hurt her. Tears began to well up in her eyes.
When she agreed to her mother’s marriage with Feng Qiyue’s, she already gave up on that unattainable dream. She could never be together with Feng Yi.
“So you’re indirectly admitting that you like Feng Yi?” Feng Sheng chuckled coldly. His cold eyes were terrifying. “You have to understand, I won’t allow my second-hand items to be passed on to my brother!”
The things that he gave his brother were always the best or the newest. How dare Luo Yangyang thought about Feng Yi after climbing into his bed. He wanted to kill her!
Luo Yangyang suspected that her chin was going to be crushed by Feng Sheng after he tightened his grip. A tear escaped her eye from the pain.
She knew that the Feng brothers were close. That was why she gave up on Feng Yi after she got into that mess with Feng Sheng.
Luo Yangyang’s sleeping dress fell to the ground following Feng Sheng’s angry hands.
“Ah!” Luo Yangyang curled up her body due to the pain. Her eyebrows knitted together. She looked like a broken doll with her pale face all scrunched up from the pain.
