‘Why is my emotional aura so red she ask? Is it because I’m a werewolf now?’ Rex thought, he decided to ask the system.
‘System, Why is my emotional aura is red?’, Rex asked inside his head.
A dinging sound was heard as the system answers,

Reading this, Rex nodded in affirmation. ‘Just as I thought’
While Rex is talking to the system, silence covers both him and Adhara.
Finally, Adhara interrupted Rex, “I only saw that kind of red Aura from a man that has his family slaughtered or…”, Adhara knit her eyes and said, “A Supernatural”
Rex started to sweat under Adhara gazes,
Then suddenly, Adhara smiles and said, “Well you probably have a reason to be that angry, Don’t mind me”, she walks to the nearest weapon log leaving Rex.
“Phew, That girl seems to know everything. Scary!”, Rex said before sighing in relief.
Unknown to Rex, Adhara walks while looking down on the ground as if she’s thinking. ‘He’s not normal, grieving people can be that angry but there are no people that can emit such negative aura’
Adhara looks to her back and saw Rex rubbing his chin in thought, ‘There is a faint black aura amidst his red aura, I need to be careful around him’
After every student gathers inside the training hall, Mr. Joseph walks to the front of everyone and tells the students to pick their chosen types of weapons.
The training hall is big enough to play soccer inside of it, the ground is made of hard sand, It is still mild inside the training hall although there are no windows inside. All types of weapons decorate every nook of the room, some even emit a faint elemental aura. There is an Arena made for sparring located in the middle of the hall, The hall’s wall seems sturdy and there is a translucent barrier covering the whole hall.
In this world, people already figured out to enhance weapons by merging them with elemental properties. The higher the Awakened ranks, the more powerful their weapons become. Although if a high-ranking Awakened imbued their elemental properties into a low-ranking Awakened weapon then it is either the weapon will be destroyed due to weak material or the low-ranking Awakened will not be able to wield it.
The weapons in the training hall don’t only consist of traditional weapons such as sword, saber, and bow but also includes modern weapon such as rifles, shotguns, machine guns.
Rex doesn’t like long-range weapons, he prefers a full-blown brawl so he circles around the hall trying to find his preferred weapon.
While circling around, Rex saw that Laura pick up a katana that looks exquisite and sharp.
Rex approached Laura and said, “That katana is suitable for you As if it’s made just for you”, Rex compliment Laura trying to ease the distance between them.
“That worth nothing coming out of your mouth”, she said while leaving Rex who is stunned speechless after hearing what she said.
‘Fine! I won’t bother you anymore!’, Rex thought scowling. He resumes his weapon hunting.
The weapons inside the hall are so many making Rex dizzy just by looking at it, Rex wanted a type of battle gloves or a brass knuckle but he still didn’t find any.
While walking around, Rex caught a glimpse of battle gloves but it is located on the top of the weapon log and it is too high to reach.
The gloves seem to call to him, ‘It must be special then, Besides, I considered myself lucky’
Rex musters his power and jumps towards the battle gloves,
The battle gloves are like eight meters high but Rex nevertheless reaches them, He was surprised by his feat as well.
The students also look at Rex in confusion, “Didn’t he said that he’s not an Awakened?”
“How can he jump so high? I certainly don’t feel any elemental properties coming from him”
Rex heard the doubtful whispers and curse himself, ‘I should’ve been more low-key, why did I attract needless attention’
Rex looks at the battle gloves and he instantly loves them!
The battle gloves look ordinary and are black in color, it is made of a smooth and sturdy material, It has a whitish-grey plate on the back of the hand to block objects and the best feature that Rex likes is that it has steel covering its whole knuckle! This weapon is a combination of brass knuckles and battle gloves! Exactly what Rex wanted.
He tries to wear it and it perfectly fits her hand, He’s in love with this weapon so he can’t help but rub it in delight.
‘Why is it so light?’ Rex thought, he then tries to touch the whitish-grey plate when suddenly,

Rex feels weaker after reading the notifications, ‘Eh? What happened’ he thought while still holding the gloves.
‘Is this?’, Rex looks at the gloves and widened his eyes in surprise.
‘This plate is made of silver but is covered by stainless steel, Shit I’m a werewolf now. That explains the decrease in stats’, he thought with a sad look after being reminded that he is no longer a human.
‘I really turn into a werewolf didn’t I?’ he smiled wryly, He let go of the silver plate, and instantly he feels his body becomes normal.
It is a common knowledge that the Supernaturals is weak to silver object, especially werewolf. Silver is humanity’s best weapon against the supernatural but the supernatural knew this so two years ago they raid most of humanity’s silver mines which make silver scarce. Although, some high-ranking supernatural has immunity towards silver.
Rex looks around and noticed that almost all of the weapons are made of silver but the outer part of every weapon is covered by stainless steel.
After a while, every student already finished picking their own weapons.
Mr. Joseph scans the group of students with aggravating smile, “Now, after picking your handpicked weapon you guys will be tested. Let’s go to the arena, there you all will fight against each other while I will assess your skills on the side”
The student already expected this so they all nod their heads and circle around the arena,
“I will pick the student at random, so be prepared!” Mr. Joseph said as he out of nowhere makes a seat made of the ground and sits on it.
‘So Mr. Joseph is an Earth Elementalist’ Rex thought after seeing Mr. Joseph’s skill.
After seating, Mr. Joseph said with an innocent look, “Oh yeah, No magic is allowed. You can only use your weapon!”
Hearing this all the students are displeased, Well nobody blames them because they are an Awakened after all.
Looking at the student’s displeased expression, Mr. Joseph smiles and said, “Kids these days, You can’t use magic but you can imbue your elemental properties into your weapon”
The student’s face becomes better although they are still displeased.
“Benjamin and Poru, You’re up”
A skinny guy with black undercut hair walks into the arena followed by a bald well-built guy.
The skinny guy, Poru is bringing a bow with him while Benjamin brings a heavy sword that is almost the same size as him.
They stood in front of each other with a flat expressions,
Poru pulls an arrow from its quiver getting ready for the fight while Benjamin holds his heavy sword in front of him with a reddish aura coming out of him and his heavy sword.
After looking at both of them, Mr. Joseph smiles and shouted, “BEGIN!”
In a flash, Benjamin appears in front of Poru and slashes with a wide swing.
“Suck on this!”, He exclaimed as his sword slash down with heavy momentum.
Poru emit a green hue and dodge to his right,
BAM!
The sword hit the ground creating a splash of sand, It makes a whole crater from the impact.
While dodging to the right, Poru unleashes rows of arrows towards Benjamin.
The speed of the arrow is astonishing, Poru uses the wind to amplify the trajectory of the arrow increasing its speed by twofold.
Swoosh!!
Benjamin was shocked, he brought his sword in front of him to try and block the arrows.
He managed to block the arrows but one of the arrows flew past his sword and pierced his left chest.
“ARGH!”
Benjamin cried out as blood spurted from his chest,
He gritted his teeth when he saw another row of arrows aiming towards him,
He slashes with his heavy sword and deflects all the arrows, He dashes forward with his enhanced speed and sent slash after slash towards Poru but Poru is like an eel that always slipped through each of Benjamin’s attacks.
Poru evades another of Benjamin’s wide swings, he takes an arrow from its quiver. With his hand, Poru stabbed the arrow into Benjamin’s exposed abdomen.
Spurt!
Blood spurted from Benjamin’s guts, He falls on his knee as his vision becomes hazy.
Poru stands in front of Benjamin and puts his feet on Benjamin’s head, “You Lost” he said with a cocky smile.
Looking at this, Mr. Joseph announces Poru as the winner.
Poru is smiling in victory while Benjamin is taken to the infirmary to be healed.
Meanwhile, Rex was shocked.
‘An Awakened fight is truly out of this world but will Benjamin be okay? That arrow pierced through his entire abdomen, What if Benjamin suddenly died’, Rex thought inside his head.
Before the next fight even begins, Benjamin already got out from the infirmary with no injuries. It’s as if he’s not in a fight before, The only proof that he’s fighting before is only his heavy breath.
Rex face slapped himself, ‘Of course, there is an Awakened with healing abilities’, then he continues, ‘Although I never saw an Awakened fight before, I can somehow follow their movements, in fact, it is still slow in my eyes’
While Rex is thinking, the fight continues on and on without stopping.
“Laura and Rex, you two are up!”, said Mr. Joseph.
After hearing this, Rex unconsciously looks at Laura.
Laura raised her eyebrows in surprise, She too looks towards Rex then she said, “Mr. Joseph, Rex is not an Awakened how can you pair him with me?”
Laura is one of the strongest in class, She is a water Elementalist third rank Awakened so of course from any perspective it is an unfair fight.
Mr. Joseph smiles mischievously, “Of course I know, Just go ahead and fight. If you think it’s going to be easy, then try beating him”
Rex looks at Mr. Joseph in doubt, ‘How can he tell I’m capable of doing that? Is it just intuition? or Is he the same as Adhara?’, Rex thought trying to figure out Mr. Jospeh.
Mr. Joseph suddenly looks at him who is also looking at Mr. Joseph, Mr. Joseph smiles weirdly and his brown eyes seem to see through Rex.
‘He’s planning something!’
