It was not until the old mountain boy nodded that it reached out and gently picked up the three rice balls on the ground. He first handed two of the rice balls to the two little ones on his shoulders, and then began to slowly enjoy his own rice ball. Pinggong Qianye sat on the grass and looked at the two little mountain boys with gentle eyes. They held rice balls as big as their heads in their hands, squinted their one eye, and ate slowly. The Buddha said that all sentient beings can be saved. Pinggong Chiye just sat on the grass, watching them eat quietly. Human cubs are very cute, and mountain boy cubs are even cuter because they are so small and have white hair on their heads. Perhaps they knew that Pinggong Qianye had no ill intentions, so after the two little mountain boys finished eating the rice balls, they were not as timid as before. They jumped off the shoulders of the young mountain boy and wandered in front of Pinggong Qianye. He tilted his little head up, and with his one eye, he kept looking at Pinggong Qianye, then timidly moved closer to a distance. Pinggong Chiye lay on the grass on her side, smiled and stretched out a finger to tease them gently. The two little mountain boys were no longer afraid of people, and even boldly climbed onto Pinggong Qianye, sat on his shoulders, and grabbed his black hair. "To see is to see the law of fate." Pinggong Qianye had something in mind. He sat up straight, put the two little mountain boys on his shoulders on the grass, calmed down, put his hands together, and began to recite the "Mahavairocana Sutra". The superior Bodhisattva Path requires not only to seek Bodhi, but also to transform all sentient beings.
There are four methods for Bodhisattvas to save sentient beings, namely the Four Means of Accomplishment. It is included in giving, loving speech, beneficial actions, and working together. The rice ball that Pinggong Qianye handed over just now belongs to the giving method among the four methods of attracting others. By helping others through giving money, Dharma, and spiritual support, you can create good karma and make it easier for sentient beings to feel good about you, and thus more receptive to Buddhist teachings. The category of giving is divided into giving of material goods, giving of Dharma, and giving of fearlessness, which respectively refer to financial assistance, imparting of knowledge, and spiritual comfort. Since he had already established good karma through giving money, Pinggong Qianye didn't mind giving away more good karma. The Mahavairocana Sutra is the fundamental sutra that he practices. He has the deepest understanding of this sutra, so the effect of his preaching will be better. If these three mountain children are truly intelligent, I believe they will be able to gain considerable help and blessings from this. If they can develop wisdom and understand the Dharma, it will be of great benefit to their future. This was the first time that Heimiya Chiye used the Mahavairocana Sutra to spread the Dharma and save demons. In the past, he would slap them down with a Tathagata Palm or burn all the evil spirits with the Vairocana Buddha Fire. Never before has the Mahavairocana Sutra been recited in such a peaceful and gentle tone. At the beginning, the two little mountain boys were very active, and they did not hide their confusion and irritation in their eyes. However, as the scriptures flowed out like a gurgling stream, the Buddhist spirit was everywhere. Gradually, some wisdom appeared in their single eyes, and they sat quietly on the shoulders of the young mountain boy, closing their eyes and listening. The old mountain boy lying on the jade stone half-propped himself up and looked at Pinggong Qianye with shock in his old eyes. When he was young, he traveled down the mountain for a long time and listened to the preaching of the great monks. But the feeling they gave him was not as good as the monk in front of him who was a little too young. The eminent monk seemed to have transformed himself into a bright sun, with magical power flowing around him and shining brightly in all directions. What the light of the sun brings is not the flame that symbolizes destruction, but the new life of the rising sun that illuminates all things. Just by listening at such a close distance, the old mountain boy could even feel that his broken and decayed body was being awakened little by little. It was as if new vitality was flowing, and the dry body was nourished by the rain. He couldn't help but close his one eye, turned over and lay on the jade, his head involuntarily resting on the surface of the jade, and spread out his only remaining arm with the palm facing up, making a posture of worship like a believer. The sun was setting gradually and it was almost dusk. At the cliff, the sun was still shining brightly. When Pinggong Qianye finished reciting the Great Sun Sutra, the little boy, the young boy, and the old boy in front of him still had their eyes closed, as if they were immersed in the enlightenment of the Buddhist scriptures just now. "Amitabha." Pinggong Qianye whispered a Buddhist name, without making any sound to disturb them, nor did he stay any longer. He stood up and jumped over the cliff, then left the mountain in the direction he came from. When he was about to go down the mountain, a cloud of fog chased him from behind. A young mountain boy came to see him off through the jungle with two little mountain boys on his shoulders. "Let's go back." Pinggong Chiye turned around, smiled and waved at them.
The young mountain boy smiled and raised his hands, imitating the gesture of Pinggong Qianye who put his hands together before to express his gratitude and respect. Although its movements are still clumsy and a bit silly. The two little mountain boys on his shoulders followed suit, standing up straight and facing Pinggong Qianye with their hands clasped together. "Amitabha." Pinggong Qianye returned the greeting, chanted a Buddhist name, then turned and left the forest. Soon, the mountain boy who had been watching for a while disappeared into the distance along with the mist behind him. At the foot of the mountain, inside a resident's house, Nakamura Shihei, who had finally waited for Chiye Heimiya to return, had a depressed look on his face for a long time, but finally he smiled. It was dusk, the sun had set, and the road in the mountains was difficult to walk on. In addition, the signal was poor in the deep mountains, so he couldn't contact Pinggong Qianye via mobile phone at all. If Pinggong Qianye didn't come out, he would have to consider whether to send people into the mountains to look for him. "Master, is everything going well?" "It's time for dinner."
