Qing Kun nodded like a well-behaved kid.
On the contrary, though satisfied with this solution, Mo Qiu sniggered, “that’s right. How can I be your wife?! Even if we are married…”, he stopped for a moment, “even if the rumor is true, you are the one who should be ‘wife’!”
Luo Jianqing let out a laugh… and slapped Mo Qiu’s face with his scabbard.

Let the kid stay in the other one.”

Mo Qiu raised an eyebrow, smiling mildly, “about to do it again?”
Luo Jianqing peeked at him and drew back his scabbard, said, “the other house belongs to my Master. Do not bother him while he is in seclusion. I have an extra bamboo bed in my room. I will share a bed with Qing Kun tonight. You can use the other one. Cultivators like us don’t have particular demand for sleeping. Relaxation can be done by meditation, after all.”
Mo Qiu’s mouth twitched, “you’d rather sleep with him but not me?”
